We are currently searching for (1-2) programmers who can help develop the Artificial Intelligence program. Those who are serious and are willing to commit to the project shall be offered partnership in the resulting company.

Objectives
To continue developing an artificial intelligence program, which is able to respond (intelligently) to English text/speech input.

Who Can Apply?
1. At present, we require those able to program in C# (.NET).  

ALL APPLICANTS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR IMMEDIATE START.  

Past Experience
Coders of all levels of experience/knowledge can apply. If you have little experience/knowledge, you shall be assigned modules to work on which are simpler. If you are more advanced, you shall receive the more difficult/challenging modules to work on.

This is an ideal opportunity for a computer science graduate, looking to gain some experience in programming and possibly becoming a partner in what may turn out to be, a lucrative business opportunity.

The most important qualities required are intelligence, perseverance and the ability to think outside of the box.  

What Level Of Commitment Will Be Required?
Coders shall be asked to give as many hours as they can spare, contributing to what could be a major piece of software that may become an integral part of many peoples' lives, in future.  

Location
All communication will be conducted via email, instant messaging and phone, so your location is irrelevant.

Rewards – Why apply?
This is a commercial project and the aim is to eventually market/sell the resulting software.
If you contribute to the coding of the AICore, you will receive a share of the company which will be launched to bring the software to market.

Initially, all work shall be voluntary, but when the software goes commercial, there could be massive potential to make considerable financial gain, for all coding partners.
When the resulting software will become a commercial product any coding partners who have made a significant contribution to the coding of the AICore shall be offered a stake in the resulting company.

The aim is to ultimately turn this into a commercially marketable product. If the resulting software is able to achieve the goals laid out, it is believed that there will be a high probability that the resulting company will succeed in becoming a MAJOR player in the AI market.  

Coding Partner
The AICore currently comprises of over 40,000 lines of code. 99.99% of which have been written by the creator. To accelerate development of the AICore, this project desperately needs another 1 or 2 programmers. Applicants who are able to demonstrate their programming skills and commitment shall be offered a partnership, as they will have proved their worth.

Business Partnership
The AIProject is currently looking for a business partner.

Responsibilities, Duties & Requirements
The candidate shall help guide the business and take it from a fledgling start-up, right up to a fully fledged, profit making company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of starting up a company, acquiring funding and successfully selling/marketing company products.

Ultimately, the most important quality required of the candidate is that they be confident when selling the company's products/services/ideas to investors, financial institutions and potential customers.

A software/programming back ground is not important and no financial investment is required.

Rewards
At present, the company has not been formed, as the AICore (software) is still in its early stages of development, however, once the company has been created, the business partner shall part-own the company.
